Apologies for the short notice. I just read this blurb in yesterday's AAP SmartBrief and am curious if any of our CenteringParenting sites might be interested? Improving developmental surveillance, screening and referral
Apply now to be a part of an exciting and important quality improvement project focused on improving developmental surveillance, screening, and referral for developmental concerns in practice. Participating primary care practice teams will have an opportunity to be part of a community of learners from around the country with whom they will test and share strategies. The project will provide access to practical tools and resources and teams will receive ongoing support and technical assistance from experts in the field. This project is managed through the AAP Division of Children with Special Needs, with support from the CDC. If you are interested in being considered for participation in this project, complete the online application by this Friday, Dec. 9.
