Way to go IKEA USA for supporting families! IKEA announced that starting January 1,2017 they will give up to 4 months of paid leave for moms & dads, including adoptive & foster parents. This benefit will apply to both salaried and hourly employees who have worked for the company for one year. "This benefit, which applies to all parents, will give our co-workers the opportunity to spend more time with their families when welcoming a child." -Lars Petersson, IKEA US President This is a a HUGE change from their previous benefit of 5 days paid leave!
