Hi All,
Does anyone have specific educational goals for residents who participate in Centering? Or an evaluation rubric for them? For example, facilitation skills, communication, etc.

We are in the process of incorporating family medicine residents into our Centering program. Is this resident assessment rubric used for OBGYN residents? Is it completed after every session? I would be interested in more details regarding this. Thank you.
