We have a large volume practice that has been Centering for 2 and a half years. Up to now we have had a pretty complicated method to group scheduling. We offer 9 am 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm times. Our practice is currently looking at re-configuring the entire clinic schedule with the Centering schedule being the hub. I am curious how other people create their group schedules to see if we can make our system less complicated. Any insight would be helpful.

Hi Amanda,
While this won't replace your practice's scheduling tools, CenteringCounts online will have a function to help auto-schedule or custom-schedule groups. When creating a new Centering group, you'll be able to choose the "standard" schedule based on a group start date and the system will create a schedule for you, or you'll be able to enter a start date, # of sessions and manually enter the dates. We are developing this now for roll-out later this year. Hopefully it will at least help you forecast long-term!
