We are excited to announce that we are partnering with 60 Decibels, a social impact and customer intelligence company, to conduct 15-minute phone surveys with Centering facilitators to hear about their experience with the Centering model of care. Provider and staff facilitators can expect to receive a call from a 60 Decibels representative between January 20 - February 28. While participation is voluntary, we greatly appreciate your feedback as it will help us identify opportunities to improve the Centering care experience. For more information on 60 Decibels, here is their intro video and website.

Thank you for posting this information. I believe our health center clinic coordinator received this phone request a few weeks ago, however she declined to participate not having had any prior knowledge of a CHI survey happening. I had intended to reach out about it and then lost track of the matter.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We should have posted it soon after publishing it in the January newsletter. We kindly apologize for the inconveniences.
