Question 1: when would you use the site support link? The support link is used when a Centering practice has questions regarding shipping, invoices, workshops, and technical support for online tools.
Question 2: how could you use the Patient Voices video in your Centering practice?
The Patient Voices video can be used as a recruiting enhancement tool. It provides a great visual of how other patients that have/are participating in Centering are feeling about the program. The video can also be helpful for the Steering Committee to plan and make decisions having the patients point of view.
Bonus question: Which languages would be most appropriate for your Centering patient population? For out patient population Spanish would be the most appropriate language.

Question 1: when would you use the site support link?
I would use the support link to help answer questions that I was unable to get answers from fellow Centering facilitators. Also, if there were technical difficulties or for online support.
Question 2: how could you use the Patient Voices video in your Centering practice?
We could use these videos to help recruit participants for our Centering practice. I feel as though it also serves as a little introduction to the Centering Classes, since not a lot of people are familiar with the idea.
Bonus question: Which languages would be most appropriate for your Centering patient population? English.

Question 1: I have never used the site support link, but would consider it a resource for all things technical. Particularly for site-coordinators, more than facilitators I think. Question 2: Absolutely love this video and until COVID was playing on a loop in our waiting room to English as Spanish patients waiting to be seen. Question 3: Spanish is most appropriate for our population.

1. I would use the site support link to find resources for patients and ideas for sessions.
2. We could use the Patient Voices video as a recruitment tool, possibly in our OB/Gyn waiting room. We could also show at initial Centering appointment or initial OB appointment.
Bonus: We would primarily use the English version. We currently do not have resources to offer Centering in other languages.
