Received information from St Mary's Family Residency progam in Grand Junction, CO, that their providers were give IPads for telehealth and group virtual visits. Please add to this thread if you are using something else. Thanks, Lynn

Questions regarding funding. Is there a set budget for buying the supplies we need? Such as blood pressure cuffs, Tablets and measuring tapes. Also is there a specific process towards receiving donations? We will be starting Virtual Centering soon and would like to know any tips? Greetings from California

Hi Jhovana, Medicaid/Medical typically pays for blood pressure cuffs for patients, but checking with your development department/funding staff for funds needed for this equipment such as weight scales, measuring tapes and devices to help with telehealth or virtual group needs might be helpful. CHI has been providing guidance for moving groups to a virtual format through our Guidance webinars (two are on the prerecorded webinar section on the Portal) as well as Virtual Group Resources on your Dashboard, right hand side of page. There are also several COVID-19 Community Conversation Calls on the prerecorded webinars with sites sharing tips on a variety of topics. By early next week the Conversation call from this past Tuesday, 7.21, will be up on the prerecorded webinars and focused on primarily tips for pregnancy virtual groups with two sites sharing their logistic tips for getting started. Our next conversation call is on August 11 and focusing on getting started with parenting groups. The is a COVID-19 Connects board where sites are sharing resources and tips that you might want to check out. There are also free 30 minutes Help calls with our implementation advisors available to sign up for on the website. Hoping this information is helpful and please let us know if you have other questions.
