Hi!
We have observed that some of our low literacy patients may be having difficulties in filling out the patient evaluation forms because there is a lot of text and they may not have the writing skills to adequately express their feedback. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this?
Thanks!

Marena Burnett Have we heard requests for this before and do we have a plan for a low lit version?

Hi Ari,
I appreciate your question. The CenteringPregnancy forms and all of the Conversation Starter pages were adapted, with thoughtful input from sites, and the aim of being more accessible to low literacy patients. There is certainly more we can do.
We welcome other ideas and suggestions for adapting these and the CenteringParenting materials.
