Good afternoon,
I have been having some ongoing issues when putting information into Centeringcounts. When I am in the system it takes a really long time to enter in attendance and enter patients information in the system. Anyone else experiencing this issue? |

Hi Aastasshia,
We've had reports of slow page loads and are in the currently moving some processes off the main server to enhance performance. We hope you'll experience improvements over the next few days. What browser are you using?
One coming enhancement is being able to mark attendance in batches by the session, rather than patient by patient. That should speed up attendance marking. We expect that will be live in the next two weeks.
