As I was reviewing over some of my data I noticed that there were numerous groups that had deliveries all in over 42wks, which is not correct. So I looked into the groups and in Centering Counts under group management where you input the pt information such as their EDD and DOB it has all been changed to the same dates. I don't know how it happened like some sort of glitch so now I am having to go into every chart again and change their DOB and EDD. Is there anything that I did to make this happen or how might I be able to make sure that it does not happen again?

Hi Alise, you should also be hearing back from the Practice Services Representative but here is what we think is happening:
If dates are being typed in manually (instead of using the calendar date pick function) there is room for error. If you manually enter a date and you do not use all eight characters 12/34/5678 you risk entering a date in the wrong format like 12/10/18 and then the system reads 12/10/1918 and the date is out of the range.
Try using the calendar date pick function ONLY, that should work. We realize this is not the ideal user experience and have it on our list for enhancements for it to be easier to type in dates directly in the future!

So maybe I explained it wrong but the dates that are entered for each pt are showing as being exactly the same. They were all entered correctly but are now all the same, like every pt’s date of birth is 7/2/2000 and every pt’s EDD is 05/1/2019. And I am trying now to access the manage groups tab and none of the groups are coming up. I can access all the other tabs and look at reports and surveys but can not access any of my groups. I have even logged out and tried to log back in to see if it changed and it hasn’t.

I'll email you and set up a time to screenshare, that's the best way for us to see what you are experiencing and troubleshoot it!

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I cannot access any of my groups. Is like they have all been deleted. Any suggestions? I also tried logging in and out but it did not work.
Thanks, Angela

I am having a similar issue. My dashboard is still there, but ALL of my data under the "Manage Groups" icon has disappeared. Help!

All of my groups have disappeared too! I can add groups but my current groups are gone. Its not a loading problem, I used Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer and it is the same on both. Rebooted my computer and my coworker at a different site just called me and told the she is having the same issue.

Since everything looks fine in our testing account (which is in the "live" environment with your site data) we are double-checking a few database settings and will post an update here ASAP. Thanks for your patience!

I received a screenshot from hnoris - thank you. We'll look into what is causing the data to fail to display on the page.

Thank you so much I can see my groups again but the dates are still changed to where some of the groups are all the same DOB and EDD. How can I make sure that if I change them that they will stay the same and not change again, it takes too long to enter in the data over and over.

Let's set up a screenshare for this issue, it's most likely related to how the calendar date picker is being used. I'll pick up on our email thread : )
