Q: Pt attends 1 or more sessions then OPTS out. If we ‘opt pt out’ it completely removes them from group. Is it still counting the sessions attended? Does it completely remove from counts? We should be getting credit for those sessions attended.
A: If you remove them from the group, the attendance is also removed. It's your choice if you want to leave them in or remove from the group with "opted out" as the reason for removal.
Q: If pt delivers early, does not attend last few sessions, do we count as ‘absent’ or just leave them?
A: "Delivered" is one of the options for "reason for not attending."
Q: Pt is late to care & does not attend first session, is that counted as an ‘absence’? or just leave blank?
A: Just leave it blank so it doesn't record as an absence.
Q: Pt delivers @ another hospital. We may or may not have the information from delivery. It will not let us ‘complete’ until we have the information entered. If we do have the information & enter it, does that count as pt delivered with us?
A: If you don't get delivery information that is fine, the group will mark itself complete anyway once attendance in the last session is entered. If you can get delivery info and enter it, the system doesn't capture place of delivery so I'd say yes please enter it.
Q: Does this automatically count the ‘preterm births’ from the EDD & actual delivery date we enter?
A: Yes.
