Hi All,
I am finding the system is very slow especially when I am inputting attendance. It often basically spins like it is processing for about 30-60sec each time I enter the attendance for the individual visit. Is there a faster way to do attendance, possibly where I could click all the visits at once and then hit submit?
Any tips to make this faster would be helpful as I am finding it fairly tedious because of the amt of time the system takes to process. Thanks! Emily

Hi Emily,
We will look into the speed issue - are all of your other browser functions working at a speedier pace? Which browser are you using?
I love the idea of being able to mark attendance for all at the same time, I will add that to our "wish list" for next phase enhancements!

I am interested in Centering because: Centering provides a framework that guides our patients to make deeper mind/body connections, instills a greater sense of community, and empowers them to be the best advocates for themselves and their families. I love being able to leave work re-energized and feeling like the work I do has reached someone on a a more personal level.

Having the same issue and have since starting my role as Centering Coordinator. All other web pages are working and are speedy. Sometimes the counts website will just spin and spin and not save the attendance... that is especially frustrating. I dread entering attendance. There has to be a better way to do this - such as the ability to enter multiple attendances in one submission.

I am interested in Centering because: ...it's about relationships and support being recognized as an essential component of health & Healthcare. The lasting connections created during the transformational year of pregnancy is an invaluable asset for new parents.

I experience the same problem. It seems to have gotten better by logging out and back in? But that was only something I tried once. Usually I just live with it.

I'm so sorry you are experiencing slowness with the system! A new production release was implemented earlier this week that has already made some functions faster. We are actively working with the developers to optimize speed on the server, thank you for your patience as we continue to improve the speed and functions!

Glad to hear I am not the only one, but yes, it seems like everything on CenteringCounts goes slowly. My other internet functions and other elements of the CHI website work great, including CenteringConnects, etc. Thanks for adding this to the wish list, Tanya.
Please let us know if there are any updates!
Thanks, Emily
