Hi there,
I am in the process of submitting our annual report via Centering Counts.
I have completed all the sections besides the survey section. We've had most of the members in our clinic complete the survey and we believe we have received enough feedback and are ready to submit the report. When looking at that section, it doesn't look like we can easily complete the section then create the report. Do I need to have everyone in our clinic sent a survey complete it? Hopefully there is a way for us to bypass it.
Please let us know what we need to do to proceed.
Thank you! Allison

Update: I believe I was able to do it. I needed to complete both forms of the survey. We only had one of our providers have the EE survey, even though I have 5 of us showing as facilitators in Centering Counts. We completed the EE survey that populated for one of our providers, but that's all I could do.
I was able to "create report" and it looks like it submitted now. Let me know if that sounds like the appropriate process.
Thanks! Allison

Hi Tanya, it should have been from the Swedish Issaquah location. Let me know if you received it. Thanks!

Yes, you're correct - we did! I see that Ballard submitted theirs in April and got the two confused.

I'm also working on submitting our report through CenteringCounts. Today when I opened the site, our data had disappeared from the Quality measures screen. All our measures are still selected under that tab. All that shows up are the standard benchmarks but our data shows as 0% under each measure!
Also, I'm having trouble collecting surveys from my entire team d/t vacations, etc. Do I need 100% participation? 90%? 80%? Or the best I can do to stay within the deadline??
Finally, during the Webinar I thought I learned there was a way to import data from past years. I see an export to Excel tab, but has anyone imported data without having to input it all manually?
Thanks for any insights!!

Thanks for asking, Rose! Q - Today when I opened the site, our data had disappeared from the Quality measures screen. All our measures are still selected under that tab. All that shows up are the standard benchmarks but our data shows as 0% under each measure! A - Outcomes are back!! We had a blip yesterday afternoon/evening when they weren't showing up but it's fixed now. Q - Also, I'm having trouble collecting surveys from my entire team d/t vacations, etc. Do I need 100% participation? 90%? 80%? Or the best I can do to stay within the deadline?? A - There is not a set percentage needed in the system but I would say if you will be closer to 100% (especially for the EE survey) given a couple of extra weeks, please take the extra time. Q - Finally, during the Webinar I thought I learned there was a way to import data from past years. I see an export to Excel tab, but has anyone imported data without having to input it all manually? A - You can import your old XLS sheets and the info from Tab I. will transfer in. There are instructions here: help.centeringcounts.org/help/viewreports#7-2-1-import-historical-data It was buggy for a couple of users in the last month so let me know if you're having any trouble and we can look into it!

Thanks for the speedy response, Tanya!
I still don't see our outcomes, but will assume it's a system glitch and will be remedied!
I will keep pursuing the surveys, and will use the info you sent for importing the data from Excel. If I have problems I'll let you know!

You might try clearing you browser cache in case it is loading a saved page. One other thing to keep in mind, the dashboard quality measures only show outcomes from completed groups from the last year (from today). The pregnancy health outcomes report in View Reports will show for you all time or you can choose the time period.

Once we submit how long before we know if we are still accredited.

Once we submit how long before we know if we are still accredited. We normally process reports within two weeks but are running a bit behind due to vacation schedules so probably more like 3-4 weeks right now. We're sorry for the delay! It is unusual that accreditation status is not renewed, though, there would have to be some serious red flags around model fidelity and even then, we would provide guidance and ask for follow-up within a set period of time (usually three months) to maintain accredited status.
