Hello!
At our site, we have been doing group care for about 2 years now. We started with only one provider and a facilitator. Slowly, we have grown and added a second provider and facilitator. In recent talks with management, we would like to assess staff satisfaction with our program. We have had positive feedback from our patients but we would like to also hear from our staff since it include others like our Medical Assistants. Has anyone done this type of evaluation for your Centering team? I am trying to either use a tool already in use or might have to start from scratch putting together some questions we would like answers to. I believe based on the results, we could recruit more providers to begin their own groups and increase institutional backing.
