Hi there, I have successfully loaded our clinic's historical data on CenteringCounts, yet it is not showing up. I've confirmed that the dates are correct when viewing the report, but when looking at the healthy outcomes, I don't see the box I can "click" to include historical data like the job aid says I should. I have tried numerous attempts to load the data (each saying I've done it successfully) and tried on Safari and Google Chrome to see if that had anything to do with it with no luck. I was hoping someone could help me to see why the box isn't there and/or why the data isn't being imported successfully, yet telling me it has. I have attached a screenshot of what I see on my reports page for reference. Thank you! Allison Attachments:

Hi Allison,
So sorry you the uploaded data is not showing in your report! Thank you for checking the help site and for sending the details and screenshot of your issue. I imagine you are getting the alerts at the top right of your screen (the bell icon) telling you that the file uploaded successfully, yes? We had this happen with one other site where the upload appeared to happen successfully but then the imported data was not available to view in your report. I will check on that solution and get back to you ASAP!

Thanks Tanya. Yes, I've received alerts that the data has been successfully loaded, yet did not show on my report. At this point I think I've uploaded it about 10 times all with a alert response that is has been successful. Let me know if you need any more information from me!

Hi Allison,
We will review further. The historical data import is a two step process behind the scenes - the first step is to upload the file. The second is to convert and import the data into the database. When it works correctly, you should receive a second message after the "Upload Successful" message with either an "Import Successful" or an "Import Failed" message.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you! Yes, I have not received that second notification after each of the successful loading messages. Please let me know next steps. I was hoping to submit our annual report through CenteringCounts (we're due in June), let me know if I should consider doing it the "old fashioned way" with this issue.

We'll certainly keep you posted, sorry about this hiccup. Data or no data, we'd love to have you submit using the online system. The surveys & whole process is so much easier!

Sounds great. I'll plan on doing that no matter what, thank you!

Sounds great. I'll plan on doing that no matter what, thank you! At long last the issue with importing historical data via the old CenteringCounts.XLSM has been resolved!
