Hello, I logged in today to find that I am locked out of 3 of the four sites I manage (Rochester regional Health - at The Women's Center at RRH.). Our accreditation is up to date and license fees. have been paid so I am unclear why this is so. My administrative time dedicated to this task is limited, please look into this swiftly. I am preparing to create the recertification reports for the four sites I manage at RRH. We submit our reports in December/January.

Hi Davya - Thanks so much for working on the annual reports! I just turned this over the our Practice Services team to follow-up on, three licenses are expired in our system: M742 Comienzo Sano , M2108 Newark-Wayne , M2107 The Women's Center at Alexander Park so access to all Centering systems is paused. If you believe those have been paid we'll need to have accounting look into that. Accounting is extension 115 if you want to check!

I just turned this over the our Practice Services team to follow-up on, three licenses are expired in our system: M742 Comienzo Sano , M2108 Newark-Wayne , M2107 The Women's Center at Alexander Park so access to all Centering systems is paused. If you believe those have been paid we'll need to have accounting look into that. Accounting is extension 115 if you want to check! The invoices were paid in May when they were sent to us. The dates for invoices were supposed to be changed to January 1 when our reports are due. This was all arranged in April by Amelia Comeau.

Hi Laurie, If you added a provider facilitator to your staff list in the past, they should be listed under the Practice Info tab --> Manage Staff. You can sort by any of the column headers or use the Filter Name function to find them. They need to have a Role of provider facilitator or staff facilitator for you to be able to add them to a group. It looks like you have 50+ staff records. Please let me know if you are still having trouble!

Thanks for the add'l details I will get on it! I have checked with accounting and all the invoices have now been submitted. You should expect them within the week. In order to prevent this error in the future, CHI needs to correct our contact information and to correct the dates invoices are sent so that our health system is receiving our invoices at a similar time. This issue was supposed to have been corrected by Amelia Comeau in early April of this year: All the invoices were supposed to come to me and were all supposed to be due in January when our reports are due. This is why I was not expecting the invoices until later this year. I have already forwarded the mail trail of this conversation. As you can see, this correction did not take place - these invoices were submitted to a variety of people at different times. I attempted to prevent this in April of this year and am now attempting to take steps to ensure this does not happen in the future. I have called Tanya and left several voice mails, and have emailed several times but have not received a call back or a response to my email. CHI needs updated contact information and RRH needs confirmation regarding where and when invoices will arrive. Please respond to my emails or return my calls.

Hi Davya, thanks for speaking with me today and bringing your concerns to our attention. I will be following up by email this afternoon with confirmation of the annual report due dates and when the invoices will be sent to the correct billing contact. We appreciate your patience!

My Centering Counts data is GONE. Does it only save if you are an accredited site? Did this happen with the new upgrade, because all of our data was visible before? kinda freaking out. Melisa

Good morning Melisa, As of 11/4/19 I see that you have 5 CPreg groups entered and 3 are completed. Rest assured it's not possible for data to be gone and it has nothing to do with being accredited or not. I will check with our IT folks but if you could also send me a screenshot of what you are seeing that looks off that would be helpful! My email is tmunroe@centeringhealthcare.org

Hello, I'd like to manage my groups on Centering Counts, however, I am unable to complete the initial steps. I first select Manage Groups, then Create New Group. In trying to create a new group, it does not allow me to select the group type (Centering Pregnancy vs Centering Parenting) and it does not accept the group name that I have input. Since I am unable to move past these initial steps I am unable to create a group. I also cannot select staff to have administrative access on the site. There may be other limitations that I have but these are the only two things I have attempted to do on the site. Please assist! Thanks.

I believe we do. Dr. Chae (JFK Family Medicine, NJ) is usually the person who does this. If you can please check into this it would be greatly appreciated.
