Hello, I'd like to manage my groups on Centering Counts, however, I am unable to complete the initial steps. I first select Manage Groups, then Create New Group. In trying to create a new group, it does not allow me to select the group type (Centering Pregnancy vs Centering Parenting) and it does not accept the group name that I have input. Since I am unable to move past these initial steps I am unable to create a group. I also cannot select staff to have administrative access on the site. There may be other limitations that I have but these are the only two things I have attempted to do on the site. Please assist! Thanks.

Hi Dr. Nwankpa,
You should be all set now, so sorry for the delay. We had to "activate" the two models CenteringPregnancy and CenteringParenting on our end. You should be able to create groups now, and also able to authorize other staff to use the system. Thanks for letting us know!

Hello Robin. Since you've updated the site it is not allowing me to log on. I tried resetting my password and it still gives an error message for wrong username or password. I did not have any difficulty accessing the site multiple times yesterday and even this morning since my password is saved on my laptop. But since you updated the account, I cannot log on. Please assist. Thanks!

Hello,
How do I add someones credentials under "Provider Type"?
I have tried typing it manually but it does not save, and I'm sure there's a way because my credentials were added by someone at CHI, when I was granted access.

Wendy The provider type is a drop-down menu, so no need to type in credentials. You can choose from DO, MD, Nurse Midwife, Nurse Practitioner and PA. There is also a dropdown for Specialty if you want.

If not, you should be able to start by clicking "forgot password" on the login screen. I'll resend you the "next steps" email that is sent at the same time as the system invitation.

Your 2019 annual report submission should be on the View Reports tab in the right-hand box. For the quality measures on the dashboard, click "save" and that should refresh the display.
