State Program Manager, Louisiana Position Open at CHI

The State Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for driving the expansion of the Centering model at healthcare practices within their state through exceptional customer service and engagement with key stakeholders in the provider and payer communities. This position focuses on building relationships and providing technical expertise. The SPM is equally comfortable interacting with healthcare providers and administrators, payers, community stakeholders, and organizational leadership across a wide range of government, insurance and clinical practice settings. They can speak knowledgeably and authoritatively on the value of Centering to each constituent group and serve as a go-to resource for implementation support.
