A good bit of thought went into development of that spreadsheet. Kudos to the authors.
Given that this requires re-keying data into CenteringCounts, how might we be able to enhance CenteringCounts to eliminate the interim need to use the spreadsheet?

Sites would love to be able to pull the data from their EMR's and then upload that data into Counts, but I have no idea how that would work with so many different EMR's. Needs a greater mind than mine.
Tanya has explained that they can certainly upload our old Excel sheets, but you still run into the same problem of capturing the data from the EMR and getting into Counts Excel versions.
And every EMR has the data we need in a different places.
I suppose you could have two screen open and go back and forth--pulling data and then entering it in Counts. But if it is all on the paper spreadsheet as you go along, it hardly takes any time at all to enter a whole groups' worth of data.

As I looked over the spreadsheet, it seems to be something that could be presented on a tablet for use by providers in group so that data is entered directly into CCounts or it could be a alternative visual presentation of group data in CenteringCounts Online.
