Just a couple questions as I enter the demographic and pregnancy info for our first couple groups:
1. When entering weight, are we entering the weight at the first centering group or their first prenatal visit?
2. Birth type is for current pregnancy, correct?
3. 1st child? We have a patient who had a 31 week loss in her last pregnancy. What are we looking to track here? I would be inclined to say this is her second but I'm not sure what data we are collecting. I did indicate a poor previous outcome in her risk status.
Thank you! Shannon

Hi Shannon,
1 - weight at intake / entry to care 2 - yes 3 - you're correct: women are not considered nulliparous if they experience a loss after 20 weeks
Thanks for asking!

In Health Outcomes in the 2018 Centering Count form, I am trying to enter # of weeks pregnant at first prenatal on line 36 but it changes it to a date. It looks like maybe a glitch. What should I do? Thanks, Jennifer Walker

Thanks, Jennifer Walker That is odd indeed, I just tested our XLS and that column is working fine. Can you email me and I'll send some options for troubleshooting?
