Answers to a few FAQs:
- Site is located in St. Louis or Springfield, MO
- Site applying must be a clinical practice site providing obstetric care
- The practice location is not currently offering CenteringPregnancy care, however it may be an expansion location for a practice that already offers CenteringPregnancy elsewhere
- Applications will be accepted beginning on 9/1/18, and the the submission period will close on 10/31/18. Award announcements will occur on or before 11/30/18.
- Information Seminars are being scheduled. Attendance at an area Information Seminar is recommended. Dates and information will be announced here and on our website.
Number of awards available: 3 awards

Please note that this is NOT a monetary award. Practices will be granted two years of technical assistance, training and accreditation from CHI. Each award will include:
The normal retail cost of these services is approximately $30,000. The practice will be responsible for Centering annual site license fees and materials costs.

- Two years of technical assistance and support from CHI’s implementation team
- Kickoff Day on-site visit from CHI consultant
- 6-10 seats in a local two-day Centering Basic Facilitation workshop and 6-10 seats in a local one-day Advanced Facilitation workshop for clinical teams
- Site Accreditation visit (implementation month 18-24) for quality assurance (must be achieved within the grant period)
