Q: Is there any overall calendar view to see all scheduled groups (inclusive of model)?
A: Right now Manage Groups is where you see all the groups scheduled. We have on the Phase 2 list a printable calendar view.
Q: When scheduling a group, are you notified of date conflicts (e.g. you change edit a session date to a date when another session is already scheduled)?
A: No, you can schedule as many groups as you want on any date. Also in Phase 2 is a "time" option so it's clear which groups meets when on the same date.
Q: Can you adjust the group start date after the group is already created?
A: Yes. Once the group is created, changing the start date won't change all the subsequent groups.

When adding an extra session, please watch the date interval as it appears to be adding them 10 days ahead instead of 14 and you may need to manually correct it.

This is good to know, I'll add it to the (?) option in the system and on the help website. If you're adding a session, you'll likely need to manually enter the date anyway. Thanks!
