Under CHI Responsibilities on the second page of the MOU template, it says: "Provide support to Site to determine appropriate participants for CHI's Basic Facilitation Workshop and work with Site to host an onsite workshop (if purchased) or schedule participants for an off-site workshop."
What does "if purchased" mean? My understanding from the RFP is that the Basic Facilitation Workshop costs were included as part of the award.
