Have You Heard of a Thunderclap?

A Thunderclap is a very simple crowd-sourcing platform that helps people be heard. It allows a single message to be mass-shared so it rises above the noise of your social networks. When audiences share the same messages at the same time, their friends and followers are likely to take notice. Think of it as an online flash mob or an online game of “Telephone.”  One of the foundations of Centering is coming together and building community. In our Centering groups, safe space is created for open dialogue on breastfeeding - where all families and choices are heard. As part of  Breastfeeding Awareness Month, we have created this Thunderclap with the following message:

We invite you to join the Thunderclap (it's free!).  Follow these simple steps to join:

1. Go to this link

2. Click Support with Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr

3. Click Add My Support (there is no money involved)

4. Follow the prompts to sign into your social media platform and Voila!

5. Share the link - more signups, means a louder CLAP!


Then on Friday, August 25th at 12pm (EST), Thunderclap will post the above message on your Twitter, Facebook or Tumblr account.
