Shout out to Patti Pratt, RN, Centering Coordinator at Grace Health in Michigan! Her team just got started with their first groups last month. The very Next day after the first CenteringPregnancy group, the word had spread and a woman coming in for her initial obstetrics visit requested to be in group after hearing about it from a friend the day before! Here is Patti's message:
I was facilitator for our group that started on July 15th. On the 16th I was working in our triage/intake office. As I was doing one of the new ob intakes for the day, we were talking about Centering. She said that she was told she needed to do a Centering group by one of her friends. That friend was in the group the day before! That was so awesome to hear and know the word is spreading so fast.
