In looking over the site visit components it says that there is a 1 hour meeting with site leadership aka "C-Suite" group. What is C-Suite? Is this for our Director of OB/GYN, Director of Midwifery Services, Centering coordinator? Who is expected to be in this meeting? Thank you for your help!

The "C-Suite" refers to the group of senior leadership or executives in your practice. Your Director of OB/GYN and Director of Midwifery Services would be good people to include in this meeting. There may be additional people at that leadership level who you would want to include, for example you might include someone with control or influence over budgeting decision so you can discuss financial needs for sustaining Centering in the long term. Ultimately this meeting is to share with leadership how far your practice has come in your Centering implementation and provide guidance for ongoing sustainability. If there are leadership members who are reluctant or critical of Centering, this meeting may also serve as an opportunity to generate buy-in.

Hi Patti! Thanks for asking, it's a jargon-y term for leadership that have titles starting with "C" like CEO, CFO, CMO, etc. I hope you're excited for your visit next month

The answers above are good answers to that question. I often say "invite anyone who could "shut down" Centering in your site".
