Hello! For some reason Centering Counts is not saving updated data for me, like when I try to add a patient to a group or when I try to add attendance records for a group session it doesn't register but it says that the records are saved.... Is anyone else having trouble with this?

Hello! My name is Kelly and I am a member of the Practice Service team here at CHI. Our IT team discovered a misconfiguration that was causing CenteringCounts to be in a "read only" state which was not allowing any users to make or save changes.
As of 2:30 PM EST this issue has been resolved, and we encourage you to log back into CenteringCounts and try again. If you do continue to experience any issues, please email help@centeringhealthcare.org so our help team can work with the IT team to troubleshoot further.

kellyr @chriso dillon - I know this is an old thread, I am wondering if another glitch is a known issue - or if this was related to the OP; sometimes dates that I type into Date of Birth and Estimated Due Dates fields will revert to another number when I tab out of the field. example: I will type 8/22/99 and it changes to 8/01/99. Also does not stick when I use the calendar drop down menu. Usually when this occurs I make a note in one of the text fields, like next to the name, so I can change it later. Or possibly, if I log out and back in - then it works again. Anyone else experiencing this ever?
