Hi - I'm adding staff to our CenteringCounts account, and one of our staff is not receiving an invitation email to set up an account. I double checked that she was entered as a CenteringCounts user and given full access. I deleted her from the staff and then re-entered her, and still no email arriving to her inbox. She checked her junk email, etc. Is there another way to get her account set up?

I'd suggest submitting a ticket here to our troubleshooting team and they'll bump it up to our IT team if they can't figure it out easily. Thanks for your patience!
