We are working on solution for the way CenteringCounts calculates attendance rates. Right now, it calculates based on the total number of sessions, even those that haven't happened yet. We realize this is creating attendance rates that are artificially low until all sessions have happened. Related to this, patients that join a group cohort after session #1 are considered absent for the sessions they did not attend. To correct this, we are proposing to:

- Add a date field at the patient level for "first session enrolled"
- The default will be the date of session #1
- You could change that date to any other session date
- The system would then know to only calculate attendance from that session date forward
