Can these be sent out to staff/providers via CenteringCounts before site accreditation time, or can it only be done once a year?

Ideally they should be doing this online via email (no data entry!) so this is just a last resort.

I tried to open the PDF and it would not open. Do you mind sending it again? It sounds like a local issue - it's working fine in Chrome right now. What browser are you using? The link will prompt you to download it and then you can open it. |
