The next Mother Infant Health & Equity Improvement Collaborative (MIHEC), formerly known as the Infant Mortality Advisory Committee, meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 30th at Focus Hope in Detroit (1400 Oakman Blvd
, Detroit, MI 48238).
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services holds quarterly MIHEC meetings as part of Michigan's new Maternal Infant Health and Equity Improvement Plan. The meetings rotate to different regions to engage all members of the community in the Improvement Plan. Anyone with an interest in maternal & infant health and equity is welcome (and encouraged) to attend!
