Hello,
Anyone having any trouble with the staff surveys through online CC? I have sent the survey to all of my staff to complete and most of them have done so, but quite a few who have already completed them, the completed box is not checked next to their name. Any suggestions??

Hi Stefanie,
I have reviewed the raw data for the surveys and I can confirm what you are reporting. There have been more surveys completed than marked as completed. I have notified our developer of this. This appears to be due to the unique URL tokens generated for each survey - some users received multiple tokens assigned to their survey. This means when they complete the survey one of the tokens is updated and not the other. On the "send/enter" page you are seeing the token which was not updated reflected as not having been completed.
We will work to remove these duplicate entries from the database as soon as possible.

Tanya Munroe there is the Staff Survey and also the EE survey that we can send. I have sent the staff surveys to my coworkers. Do they all also need to complete the EE survey? What is this survey? I was not at this site when they went through the first round of surveys, so this part is all still new to me. Thanks!

Our site just activated Centering Counts (it's great!) and we're trying to upload some evaluations into the system that people already completed on paper. We're having no trouble with the EE evals but can't seem to find a way to do it with the Staff Evals. Any ideas?

CenteringCounts suggestion - It might be helpful to provide some guidance on that web page that clarifies that surveys are only sent to those who have been assigned the role of Staff Facilitator or Provider Facilitator.

We're trying to submit our Centering Counts annual report and I can't figure out why the "Surveys" section is incomplete. To my knowledge, everyone who received a survey has filled one out. This is the only thing remaining and has been holding up our submission of this report. Can someone help us troubleshoot?

I love being able to leave work re-energized and feeling like the work I do has reached someone on a a more personal level.

I feel like this is happening again.
I have sent out EE surveys for our Centering facilitators to complete – many are reporting that they have completed the survey however the only responses reflected appear to be from myself and one of our midwives. The others still say “In Progress.” Is it possible the others just aren’t viewable? The head midwife of our centering program states she completed it, and I believe her, but it is not reflected on the Centering Counts website and still says “in progress” next to her name. I am planning on submitting this report next week but am hesitant to do so if only two EE surveys are accounted for.
