Hi! I am looking for ideas to 'celebrate' the last Centering session. Any ideas on healthy treats, I really don't want to encourage cake, cookies for pregnant mamas, lol. What kind of things, if any do you offer/do to honor the last session?

Hi Janet, Some practices host a potluck (encouraging healthy meals/snacks of course). I've also heard of practices doing a raffle at the end, perhaps for a stroller or other baby item. If you're crafty, you might consider making Centering onsies for the babies. Here is one from Center for Family Health in Jackson, MI.  |
